Job summary

Dunwoody Village, an independent continuing care retirement community, is seeking a full-time Personal Care Nurse Manager in Newtown Square, PA. The RN or LPN must be licensed in Pennsylvania and CPR-certified.

This hands-on supervisory role partners with the Personal Care Administrator to set goals and may assist with daily nursing duties. The role requires onboarding and mentoring staff, planning educational programs, and maintaining excellent nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of personal care and/or memory care experience with excellent assessment and clinical skills.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role with strong willingness to hold employees accountable for nursing standards.
• Must have PA licensed RN or LPN with current CPR certification.
• Strong working knowledge of 55 PA Code Chapter 2600 Personal Care Homes Regulations.
• Able to work within PointClickCare electronic medical records system.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, and mentor PC and MS staff.
• Plan educational programs, staff meetings, and foster a positive work culture.
• Occasional evening and weekend presence as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania DHS regulations/guidelines.
• Participate in nursing leadership weekend coverage rotation.
