Medical City McKinney, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Nurse Manager PCU to lead the Progressive Care Unit. This full-time, exempt role requires oversight of daily nursing operations, staffing, and patient-centered care within a dynamic acute care environment.

The ideal candidate has a Nursing Bachelor's, Texas RN license, and at least 2 years of RN leadership experience, preferably in a trauma or ICU-adjacent setting. Join a comprehensive benefits program and a mature hospital network.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Nursing Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered nursing care through 24/7 responsibility for the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Nursing Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Currently licensed as a (RN) Registered Nurse in the State of Texas - Compact is accepted
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required
• Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an RN in specialty area
• Must have recent supervisory/leadership in an acute care environment
