Medical City McKinney, part of Medical City Healthcare, seeks a Nurse Manager PCU to oversee unit operations, staffing, and patient-centered care with 24/7 accountability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Hold staff accountable for quality outcomes and patient safety.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Nursing Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered nursing care through 24/7 responsibility for the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Nursing Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Currently licensed as a (RN) Registered Nurse in the State of Texas - Compact is accepted
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required
• Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an RN in specialty area
• Must have recent supervisory/leadership in an acute care environment
