Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a nurse leader to manage operations, drive resource planning, and partner with Nursing and Medical Directors to shape service programs. This leadership role emphasizes fiscal planning and integrated delivery across the Pacific Northwest region.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree plus Washington RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least five years of relevant clinical and management experience in medical, surgical, or oncology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, or combination of education and directly related work experience.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 5 years relevant clinical experience.
• Sufficient and progressively responsible management experience in medical, surgical or oncology setting.

• Responsible for resource management, customer relations and operational standards.
• Partners with Nursing and Medical Directors to develop program and fiscal planning for the services.
