Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Washington RN license required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification required upon hire.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Sufficient and progressively responsible management experience in medical/surgical/oncology settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and support of operations within assigned areas.
• Partner with Nursing and Medical Directors to develop program and fiscal planning.
• Collaborate to develop integrated delivery system and seamless patient care.
