Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking an experienced leader to manage operations and provide resource planning for patient care services. You will partner with Nursing and Medical Directors to shape programs and fiscal planning while ensuring integrated delivery across assigned areas and seamless patient care.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and improving clinical operations within a large health system.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, or a combination of education and directly related work experience.
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
5 years relevant clinical experience.
Sufficient and progressively responsible management experience in medical, surgical or oncology setting.
Master's Degree preferred.
Upon hire: Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides management and support of operations.
Responsible for resource management, customer relations and operational standards.
Partners with Nursing and Medical Directors to develop program and fiscal planning for the services.
Collaborates to develop integrated delivery system for assigned areas and seamless patient care.
