Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• 3 years acute care experience.
• 2 years management experience preferred in OR/procedural unit.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates nursing care for a defined unit.
• Recruits, interviews and selects staff for the unit.
• Develops, implements and evaluates unit policies and staffing plans.
• Ensures quality patient care and regulatory compliance; manages budget.
