Formación

• RN license in the United States
• BSN or higher required or equivalent
• 1–3 years supervisory/charge nurse or nurse manager experience in a surgical or ambulatory setting
• Knowledge of accreditation standards (AAAHC/Joint Commission) and regulatory compliance

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise nursing care across the unit, ensuring evidence-based, age-appropriate patient care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and manage staffing and schedules.
• Oversee staff development, orientation, performance evaluation, and compliance with SOPs.
• Lead new infusion and hematology/oncology services with accountability for operations and staff.
• Promote patient education, self-management, and satisfaction throughout the care continuum.
