Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience with at least one year in leadership.
• Current RN licensure in NC or compact state; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for nursing and patient care in ambulatory clinics.
• Oversee staffing, workflows, and clinical processes to optimize patient flow.
• Supervise staff and ensure competency and professional development.
• Monitor regulatory, accreditation, and infection prevention standards.
• Collaborate with leaders to support clinical care delivery and patient safety initiatives.
• Participate in budgeting and cost-containment opportunities.
