Job summary

Cross Creek Hospital in Austin, TX is seeking a Nurse Manager Nights to lead the nursing team on the night shift. This role provides oversight of behavioral health services, ensures patient safety, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

The position requires BSN or higher, RN license, and prior charge nurse/administrative experience with flexibility for coverage. Night hours are Monday–Friday, 11pm–7am, with weekends on-call as scheduled.

Qualifications

• BSN or higher strongly preferred
• One year of prior experience with the population (inpatient Behavioral Health) required
• One year of charge RN or other administrative experience required
• Flexibility with coverage needs

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, coordinate nursing operations for assigned units.
• Oversee delivery of behavioral health nursing services with a patient‑centered approach.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs and ensure safety.
• Provide leadership to nursing staff and manage shift resources and staffing.
