Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin required prior to hire.
• 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience required.
• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess daily patient access needs and ensure appropriate patient care.
• Provide oversight of nursing department operations.
• Deliver quality patient care and ensure clinical objectives are implemented.
• Delegate duties to clinical staff based on assessed skills and monitor daily operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to keep processes up to date and followed.
• Participate in quality initiatives, audits, and improvement plans.
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
