Qualifications

• Must have Idaho license or be eligible to obtain one.
• Must have a Bachelor’s in Nursing or a related field.
• Must have at least 5 years of nursing experience with recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Must have Leadership experience and be able to lead nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards and quality of patient care are maintained, often by enforcing evidence-based practices and nursing standards.
• Serve as a crucial communication link between bedside nursing staff and upper hospital administration/leadership.
• Address and resolve escalated issues, complaints, or concerns from patients and their families.
