Qualifications

• Nurse Manager requires Indiana RN license and a BSN.
• Two years of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing management and leadership for assigned area.
• Recruit, interview and onboard nursing staff; ensure orientation to procedures and policies.
• Ensure timely completion of chart reviews and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to integrate care.
