Qualifications

- Current RN license and BLS certification required.
- CPR/AED certification required; CPI certification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years acute care nursing experience; prior Charge Nurse experience expected.
- Minimum 2 years in Nurse Manager or Nursing Supervisor role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all nursing personnel operations and foster a positive team environment.
- Oversee treatment planning with interdisciplinary teams including physicians and clinicians.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop short- and long-term goals for the nursing department and contribute to budgeting.
- Implement infection control plans and update policies to improve patient care.
- Coordinate admissions, nursing, and patient care processes and ensure timely follow-up.
