Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Wellness Director to lead the clinical team and coordinate personalized resident care across the community.

You will build relationships with residents, families and physicians, mentor staff, and drive satisfaction while ensuring compliance and high-quality care across Brookdale's facilities.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration and the ongoing advancement of clinical services within our mission-driven Brookdale communities.

Qualifications

• Education as required to obtain state nursing license and state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, and Clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day clinical services to meet residents' healthcare needs.
• Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and receive quality care as needs change.
• Supervises and provides coaching to licensed nurses and direct care staff.
• May lead an additional clinical leadership team up to five members.
