You will lead daily operations, support the team, manage resources, and ensure patient outcomes while complying with standards.

Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, this role requires strong leadership, staffing, and resource-management skills to ensure safe, efficient care and hospital-wide regulatory

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum five years of nursing leadership experience.
• Experience leading nursing teams and managing clinical operations.
• Massachusetts RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the delivery of safe, high-quality professional nursing care.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill mix to meet patient care needs.
• Manage human and fiscal resources effectively and responsibly.
• Ensure nursing teams have equipment, supplies, and other resources.
• Monitor and support quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote a positive, collaborative environment for nurses and healthcare staff.
• Collaborate with patients, families, medical staff, and administration.
• Maintain accountability for quality and cost-effectiveness of patient care.
• Serve as Administrative Supervisor as needed.
• Act as Incident Commander during emergencies when required.
