Job summary

Evergreen Health in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the daily clinical operations of our Primary & Specialty Care Practice. This role blends hands-on nursing with team leadership, workflow oversight, and quality improvement.

You’ll support staff, oversee workflow, manage staffing, and ensure a positive patient experience while maintaining regulatory compliance. A BSN is required or planned; NY RN license and BCLS; ambulatory experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN or a plan to complete BSN within NYSED timeframe.
• Current NYRN license and BCLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a medical office, ambulatory preferred.
• Familiar with Medent EMR and MS Office; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical staff; manage daily workflow and staffing.
• Oversee telephone triage and ensure ClearTriage usage.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with nursing leads to support clinic operations.
• Address patient concerns and support resolution.
• Manage invoices, documentation, and quality-improvement tasks.
