Lead the daily operations of a family medicine clinic as its Nurse Manager. You’ll guide nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and keep clinic workflows safe, responsive, and compliant. This role combines hands‑on nursing judgment with team management, clear communication, and reliable documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support clinic nursing staff, including scheduling, supervision, and day-to‑day team coordination.
• Oversee patient intake, triage, assessment, vital signs, medication administration, and follow‑up care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems; support use of Epic or other electronic medical record (EMR) platforms.
• Promote infection control, nursing policy compliance, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy, and applicable state healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate care with clinicians and support staff, including referrals, case management, discharge planning, and health coaching. Your impact: Clear coordination helps patients and care teams make informed decisions and maintain continuity of care.

Experience

• Required: Nursing experience, primary care or medical office experience, nurse management or supervising experience, and strong patient assessment and managerial communication skills.
