Job summary

Senior Care Partners PACE seeks a Clinic Nurse Manager to oversee nursing care at our clinic. You will lead and support Clinic Charge Nurses, drive operational excellence and ensure compassionate, compliant care.

The role requires leadership, two years as a Charge Nurse, Michigan RN licensure, strong EMR skills, and a commitment to quality and team development. We offer a meaningful, flexible culture and an Equal Opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years as a Charge Nurse or equivalent leadership experience.
• RN Nursing Diploma or Degree from an accredited School of Nursing or University, with current Michigan licensure.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management: Provide day-to-day supervision and support to Clinic Charge Nurses and lead nursing teams.
• Quality Improvement: Drive quality improvement initiatives across clinic sites and participate in quality processes.
• Clinical Oversight: Ensure seamless flow of clinical care and maintain audit-ready standards.
• Team Development: Support recruitment, orientation, and ongoing development of Charge Nurses.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee clinic inventory, equipment, and documentation while ensuring compliance.
