Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of progressive professional nursing experience.
- Significant clinical experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum/Mother-Baby.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the District of Columbia.
Responsibilities
- Provides overall clinical and operational leadership for assigned units.
- Leads and develops nursing staff through recruitment and onboarding.
- Oversees daily operations including staffing and budget management.
- Monitors quality, safety, and patient experience outcomes.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to advance maternal care.
