Job summary

AdventHealth in Daytona Beach is hiring registered nurses to perform venous access and infusion therapy within the RN scope, while leading and mentoring staff on a dedicated unit.

Eligible clinicians can earn salary increases up to 20% through the Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, development and advancement criteria. A $15K sign-on bonus is offered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.
• 1+ RN experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope, ensuring patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy; adjust care plans as needed.
• Assess patient conditions to determine venous access methods.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access and infusion therapy.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
