AdventHealth in Daytona Beach seeks an experienced RN leader to advance venous access and infusion therapy services on a full-time unit. Eligible clinicians may earn salary increases up to 20% through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, development, and advancement criteria.

Qualifications

• RN license required (Registered Nurse)
• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• 1+ year charge nurse or relevant leadership experience preferred
• 1+ nursing experience in acute care setting preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Lead venous access procedures within RN scope and ensure patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy and adjust care plans as needed.
• Assess patient conditions to select venous access methods and address complications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access patients.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct appraisals.
• Mentor staff, organize training, and support career progression.
• Resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and analyze data for better care and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Precept new staff with hands-on training and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.
