The role requires an RN license, BLS/ACLS, and prior leadership experience. A BSN is preferred. This is a full-time day-shift position with opportunities for professional growth and program development.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year as charge nurse or in a leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit in delivering patient care and supervise nursing staff.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives on the unit.
• Mentor and precept new staff and organize ongoing training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.
