Job summary

AdventHealth Palm Coast is seeking an experienced registered nurse leader to oversee venous access and infusion therapy in a busy Acute Care unit. You will mentor staff, drive continuous quality improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with the care team to deliver safe, patient-centered care.

Required: Associate Degree in Nursing and RN license; BSN preferred. This full-time day-shift role offers growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope and ensure patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy and adjust care plans.
• Assess patient conditions to select venous access methods.
• Develop individualized care plans for infusion needs.
• Provide patient education on venous access and therapy.
• Monitor and guide nursing staff; conduct appraisals and improvements.
• Mentor staff and organize educational programs.
• Resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance care and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with patients and the healthcare team.
