Qualifications

• RN leadership and supervision experience preferred.
• Strong clinical expertise in acute care nursing.
• Experience with venous access and infusion therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope, ensuring patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy, adjust plans as needed.
• Assess patient conditions to select venous access methods.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide patient education on venous access and therapies.
• Monitor staff performance; provide feedback and appraisals.
• Mentor and precept new staff; foster professional growth.
• Ensure regulatory and hospital policy compliance.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance care.
• Communicate clearly with patients and healthcare teams.
• Resolve conflicts using mediation to maintain a positive environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
