Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky seeks an experienced Nurse Manager for the ICU to lead staffing, resources, and care delivery in a high acuity unit. You will drive quality, safety, and efficiency while ensuring fiscal targets align with patient needs and unit workload.

The role requires a BSN, current KY RN licensure, BLS within 90 days, and 3 years of leadership/related experience, with MSN and specialty credentials preferred to advance program quality.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited institution.
• Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in Kentucky required.
• Requires three years of job-related experience.
• BLS from American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky required.
• Requires three years of job-related experience.
• BLS from American Heart Association (AHA) required within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited institution.
• Five or more years of experience as leader in designated area preferred.
• Recent experience and/or certification in specialty preferred.
