Responsibilities

• The infusion pharmacist should have an above average knowledge of issues related to the provision of IV, respiratory and other therapies in a home setting. The pharmacist will work closely with home infusion health care nurses providing care to the patients and ensure the needs of the patient are met/monitored
• Duties may include - special assignments, process validation and competency assessment

Certifications and Licensure

• Required: Pharmacist - State of FL

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor\'s Degree; PharmD preferred
• Preferred: Home Infusion or Specialty Pharmacyexperience
