Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership and oversight for the Antenatal & High-Risk Postpartum unit.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to support maternal and fetal outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and patient safety across shifts.
