Job summary

MaineHealth seeks an experienced Manager - Clinical Nursing for Chase Point in Damariscotta, ME. The role leads clinical supervision and coordinates person-centered care across short- and long-term residents, including memory care residents, within a broadly interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has prior Director of Nursing experience in skilled or long-term care, with RN licensure, BLS, and gerontology or nursing management credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in nursing from a two-year accredited program.
• Current Maine State Registered Nurse license required; BLS certification required; Gerontology or Nursing Management certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical supervision and coordination of person-centered quality care.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal and regulatory requirements.
• Act as liaison with other departments to deliver care via interdisciplinary teams.
