Job summary

MaineHealth Accountable Care Organization in Damariscotta, ME is seeking a Manager - Clinical Nursing for Chase Point to oversee clinical supervision and coordinate person-centered care across the assisted living and memory care communities near the LincolnHealth Miles Campus.

This leadership role emphasizes teamwork, regulatory compliance, and fiscal responsibility while maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and other departments to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum associate's degree or equivalent from two-year accredited School of Nursing.
• License/Certifications: Current Maine State Registered Professional Nurse license required. Current BLS certification required. Certificate in Gerontology or Nursing Management preferred.
• Experience: Minimum six months to one year's related experience and/or training. Experience in residential care preferred. Geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical supervision and coordinate person-centered quality care.
• Manage clinical operations, fiscal and regulatory requirements.
• Foster employee/customer relationships to realize positive outcomes.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure care is delivered collaboratively using an interdisciplinary team approach.
