Qualifications

• Leadership experience such as precepting, charge role or mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Manager in ongoing delivery of patient care and ensures nursing process is documented.
• Assists Manager with staffing planning and daily staffing plans.
• Coordinates nursing care with other disciplines and ensures safe nursing practice.
• Supports fiscal management and resource use at unit level.
• Leads clinical management and participates in quality improvement and governance.
