Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) and RN licensure in Ohio.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Leadership experience such as charge role or department committee leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily patient care delivery and nursing processes to ensure safety and quality.
• Manages annual operating and capital budgets and staffing plans.
• Ensures staffing schedules meet patient needs and regulatory requirements.
• Recruits, develops, and evaluates nursing staff; promotes professional growth.
• Evaluates staff performance and fosters a safe, diverse work environment.
• Participates in policy formation, quality improvement, and change management.
• Leads in strategic planning and service line growth.
