Olympia Fields Hospital is seeking a Manager of the Emergency Department to lead day-to-day ED operations and coordinate care. The role requires supervising ED staff and collaborating with physicians, hospital teams, and external partners to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualified candidates hold an RN license, BSN, and current BLS, PALS, and ACLS credentials with at least two years of supervisory experience in acute care. CEN preferred; NRP needed for some facilities.
Manager of Emergency Department is responsible for the day to day management and coordination of all activities in the Emergency Department. Supervises and monitors performance of the Emergency Department staff. Interacts with the physicians, hospital staff, outside agencies, patients and patients’ families/significant other(s) to provide comprehensive care.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $88k to $119k. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
