Job summary

Medical Edge in Dallas is seeking an experienced Emergency Department nursing leader to oversee operations, staffing, and quality across adult and pediatric ED services. You will guide cross-disciplinary teams and partner with physicians to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

The role offers a leadership track with competitive benefits and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000. BSN required and Texas RN license or eligible compact license are essential.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Active Texas RN license or eligible compact license.
• ED experience required.
• Five years of recent progressive nursing management experience.
• Experience leading staff and partnering with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
