Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience required.
- 2 years in healthcare leadership required.
- WA RN license or current NLC multistate license (MSL) with WA residence within 60 days of hire.
- Current BLS and ACLS health provider cards.
- Strong frontline leadership and clinical judgment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily nursing operations across Diagnostic Imaging, PFT, and the Procedure Suite.
- Ensure safe, patient-centered nursing care aligned with evidence-based practice and standards.
- Operationalize nursing policies and standards set by Clinical Director.
- Act as on-site clinical and operational resource for staff and partners.
- Ensure staff competency, orientation, and ongoing education.
