Job summary
Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead Diagnostic Imaging, PFT, and the Procedure Suite. You will drive safe, high-quality nursing care and partner with clinical leaders to implement practice standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
- WA RN license or multi-state license with WA MSL within 60 days.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Strong leadership, organization, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily nursing operations across Diagnostic Imaging, PFT, and Procedure Suite.
- Ensure safe, patient-centered nursing care aligned with evidence-based practice and standards.
- Implement clinical policies and procedures established by the Clinical Director.
- Serve as on-site clinical/operational resource for staff and partners.
- Oversee staff competency, orientation, skills validation, and continuing education.
- Ensure adequate staffing and appropriate coverage for the department.
- Provide teaching, coaching, and consultation on clinical issues for nursing staff.
- Lead performance management, hiring, and disciplinary actions as needed.
