Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technologist in a clinical setting.
• Minimum 1-3 years in a leadership role in healthcare.
• ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS licensure required or equivalent.
• Washington State Radiologic Technologist certification as required by license.
• Current BLS AHA Health Provider Card.
• Leadership and operational management experience.
• Imaging operations management expertise.
• Knowledge of imaging workflows and regulatory standards.
• Financial and budget management skills.
• Data analysis and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational oversight of assigned imaging department(s).
• Ensure efficient throughput, patient access, and service excellence.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, workflows, and procedures.
• Collaborate across departments to improve clinical operations.
• Partner with research teams to integrate clinical trials and imaging protocols into daily operations.
• Support strategic planning and program growth.
• Manage budgets, staffing models, and resource allocation.
• Recruit, develop, and lead staff.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvements.
• Serve as liaison with leadership, physicians, and research stakeholders.
• Directly manage daily operations and staff supervision.
