Qualifications

• Nurse leader with strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Current Maine RN license and CPR certification required.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight & Rounds across nursing units; participate in resident care activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in state/federal surveys and QAPI.
• Lead nursing staff development, performance evaluations, and continuing education for staff.
