Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent (ADN with MSN, BA with MSN).
• Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure in NC and eNLC may apply.
• National Certification in specialty within 1 year of start; leadership or clinical path.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the designated clinical area.
• Promote safe, quality, compassionate nursing care with evidence-based practice.
