Qualifications

• RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Six years nursing experience with four in healthcare management.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire for Adult Critical Care.
• NIHSS certification within 1 year for Network ED/ICU areas.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to ICU nursing staff to meet short and long-term goals and uphold professional practice.
• Manages staffing, budgets, and resource allocation for Critical Care units.
• Collaborates with physicians, case management, and service lines to coordinate care across the continuum.
• Develops and implements performance improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• Promotes patient safety and a culture of continuous learning and shared governance.
• Oversees staff development, credentialing, and regulatory compliance.
