Responsibilities include fiscal and human resource management, policy development, safety and infection control, and ongoing performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes within the hospital.

Formación

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
• BSN degree required.
• MSN or related master’s degree preferred.
• Nursing certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Direct, supervise and coordinate unit operations and activities.
• Manage fiscal resources, human resources and capital improvements.
• Ensure safety protocols, infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Lead performance improvement activities and quality control.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinating agencies.
• Monitor patient experience, throughput and service quality.
