Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Oregon is seeking a Nurse Leader to oversee patient care delivery and clinical operations. In addition to directing practice standards, you will collaborate with physicians and care teams across locations to ensure safe, high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor resources, supervise staff, and drive performance improvements while ensuring staffing, equipment, and supplies meet demand. Leadership and governance responsibilities are central to this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• BSN in Nursing and minimum three (3) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Registered Nurse License (Oregon) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides developmental opportunities and coaching to drive performance; builds collaborative relationships.
• Translates business plans into tactical action items; ensures policies and procedures are followed.
• Manages hospital administrative functions to support patient care and regulatory timelines and budgets.
• Manages care delivery operations 24/7, monitors resources, and ensures staffing and utilization.
• Leads improvements to operations and technology processes and monitors performance metrics.
• Ensures safe, high-quality, standardized care and compliance with Nursing Practice Act, TJC, and regulations.
