Formación

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Minimum three (3) years of customer or member/patient service experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a business, nursing, health care, or related field OR eight years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and performance improvement initiatives across ambulatory operations.
• Collaborate with physicians and service-area leaders to align patient care standards.
• Oversee budgeting, payroll, and non-payroll costs for departmental operations.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act, Joint Commission, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive data-driven decisions through performance metrics and coordinated teamwork.
