Sea Mar Community Health Centers is hiring a full-time Nurse Manager for their Vancouver – Salmon Creek Medical Clinic. The Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations, manage nursing personnel, and ensure compliance with health standards. Responsibilities include managing medical assistants, implementing policies, and focusing on quality measures.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college or university with an active RN or BSN license.
• LPNs considered with equivalent experience.
• Completed state-mandated HIV education.
• Obtain BLS CPR within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate approximately 10–12 Medical Assistants.
• Implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Perform monthly audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Focus on quality measures, HEDIS, and Meaningful Use standards.
• Provide annual MA training on infection control techniques.
• Lead hiring efforts for new MAs.
