Job summary

Siloam Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team across satellite clinics under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. The role focuses on coordinating Care Coordination, patient education, and staff development within a whole-person care model.

The position requires current RN or LPN licensure, at least 2 years of nursing experience, CPR certification, and EMR/MS Office proficiency. Experience with case management is a plus, and bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience at Siloam Health preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with an EMR system as well as MS Office.
• Experience in case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing team at satellite clinics under the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate a Care Coordination program with education for patients.
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling of Medical Assistants and nurses.
• Provide direct patient care when training staff or as resource nurse.
• Oversee immunization program, vaccine storage, and supply management.
• Lead nurse meetings and participate in quality improvement activities.
