Qualifications

• RN licensure in appropriate state (NC preferred).
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred; MSN enrollment within 1 year of hire may be required.
• Management experience in inpatient nursing settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight of the 36-bed Cardiac Telemetry unit.
• Recruit, orient, and evaluate nursing staff; promote professional development.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Lead governance activities and promote evidence-based practice.
• Oversee budget and resource utilization to maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
