Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist's High Point Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee daily nursing operations on 7 South Med Surg. This role provides clinical and administrative leadership for a 36-bed medical‑surgical unit serving adults with a wide range of conditions.

The ideal candidate will hold an MSN or master’s degree in a related field, have six years of nursing experience with four in healthcare management, and possess RN licensure with ACLS/PALS credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; MSN or Master's in a related field.
• Six years of nursing experience with four years in healthcare management.
• RN licensure in the applicable state; BCLS required; ACLS and PALS within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Collaborate across the organization to ensure safe patient care and service excellence.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines and manage unit operations.
• Monitor budget and allocate resources for the designated area.
