Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab.
• At least two years in a leadership role.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of cardiac labs to ensure optimal workflow.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Lead recruitment and training of Cath and EP lab staff.
• Develop and manage operating budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in cardiovascular care.
