Qualifications
Five years of experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab.
At least two years in a leadership role.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
Direct daily operations of cardiac labs to ensure optimal workflow.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Lead recruitment and training of Cath and EP lab staff.
Develop and manage operating budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in cardiovascular care.
