Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center is seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to lead operations in its high-volume Cardiac Cath Lab and electrophysiology programs, part of one of the nation’s most advanced cardiovascular systems.

The role directs daily lab operations, ensures regulatory compliance, oversees recruitment and staff development, and partners with physicians to deliver outstanding patient care while guiding budget, quality, and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's preferred.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• 5+ years experience in a cardiac cath lab or EP lab with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations and safety standards.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of Cath and EP lab staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and departments to deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets for the labs; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement quality assurance initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes and staff engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and adoption of best practices.
• Serve as a liaison with hospital leadership; contribute to strategic planning and service line growth.
• Champion innovation in cardiovascular care and expansion of procedures and technologies.
• Support regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs through clinical leadership.
