Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS Certification.
• Five years in a cardiac cath lab or EP lab, with at least two years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and EP procedures.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the cardiac cath lab and EP lab.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management of lab personnel.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement quality assurance initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes.
